Short-range communication known as NFC is a short-range radio communication standard that allows for wireless data exchange at a distance of several to several centimeters. RFID is a technology used to identify objects and control the flow of products. Information from special tags attached to objects (but not only, because RFID is also used to tag animals and even people) is read via radio. Depending on the type of tag, the amount of information it can store and the maximum distance from which data can be read change.
